The installation of this equipment starts with the large coil steel rolling mill equipment. The whole project line adopts short-stress-line rolling mills with high rigidity and high dimensional accuracy. It integrates internationally advanced equipment such as the KOCKS three-high reducing and sizing mills imported from Germany, which can realize free size rolling, and the latest coiler imported from Primetals Technologies of the United States. At the same time, it adopts a number of advanced special steel rolling processes such as intelligent heating, thermo-mechanical rolling, controlled rolling and controlled cooling, full-line automatic control, and a new coil transportation system, etc., to ensure that its process energy consumption, dimensional accuracy, and product quality performance play a demonstrative and benchmarking role in the industry, achieving the goal of being first-class in China and leading in the world.
